Reservation Forms

Reservation forms and deposits are required to book your hunt. Please fill out your reservation form in a clear and readable manner with your complete address, phone and email. If this is not readable or correct we have no way to contact you. Click on the link below to download the proper form. Your booking is not complete or final until we have this form for each member of your party. Prices are subject to change without notice unless booked with deposit paid and will be adjusted to the current inflation rate.

Booking Hunts and Payments

We will not hold hunts without deposits. Reservation forms and deposits are required to book your hunt. Reservation forms may be downloaded from the above link. Deposits  can be made by us mail in the form of a check. We require $500 deposit per person to book Prairie dog hunts and $1500 deposit for Deer and Bear all other hunts are 50% deposit. Second payments of half the remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to spring bear and July first for fall big game hunts and final payments due 30 days before your hunt or CASH when you arrive. We do not accept cards or checks of any kind as final payment at camps. It will be your responsibility to see that these payments are made in a timely manner. Unmade payments may result in your hunt cancellation. We no longer accept credit cards.

All last minute bookings require payment in full at time of booking. A last minute booking is considered within 30 days of the time the hunt takes place.
